130. Possession of the licence
(1)A holder of a licence, certificate or authorisation or other document issued by the Authority, shall have it in his or her physical possession or at the work site when exercising the privileges of that licence, certificate, authorisation or such other document.(2)A flight crew of a foreign registered aircraft shall hold a valid licence, certificate or authorisation and have it in his or her physical possession or at the work site when exercising the privileges of that licence, certificate or authorisation.
