138. Reports of violations

(1)Any person who knows of a violation of the Act, any amendment thereto, or any rule, regulation, or order issued thereunder, shall report it to the Authority.

(2)The Authority shall determine the nature and type of any additional investigation or enforcement action that need be taken.
