7. Use of Psychoactive substances

(1)A flight crew member shall not perform any function specified in the privileges applicable to his or her licence if he or she is under the influence of any psychoactive substance which may render him or her unable to perform such functions in a safe and proper manner.

(2)A safety-sensitive personnel shall not undertake any of their function while under the influence of any psychoactive substance, by reason of which human performance is impaired.
