88. Monitoring of training and checking activities
(1)To enable adequate supervision of its training and checking activities, the operator shall forward to the Authority at least twenty one (21) days before the scheduled activity the dates, report times and report location of all—(a)training for which a curriculum is approved in the Operator's training programme; and(b)proficiency, competency and line checks.(2)Failure to provide the information required under subregulation (1) may invalidate the training or check and the Authority may require that it be repeated for observation purposes.
