98. Heliport or landing location operating minima
(1)The pilot-in-command shall establish operating minima in accordance with criteria specified by the Authority for each heliport or landing location to be used in operations and such minima shall not be lower than any that may be established by the State of the Aerodrome, except when specifically approved by that State.(2)The Authority may approve operational credit(s) for operations with helicopters equipped with automatic landing systems, a HUD or equivalent displays, EVS, SVS or CVS and such approvals shall not affect the classification of the instrument approach procedure.
