10. Airworthiness of remote piloted aircraft system
(1)A remote piloted aircraft system owner or operator shall ensure that all its components are in working order and in accordance with the manufacturers' user manual.(2)The Authority may require a remote piloted aircraft system of a certain Class and Category with a type certificate to obtain a certificate of airworthiness.
