20. International remote piloted aircraft system operations
(1)A person shall not conduct a remote piloted aircraft system flight—(a)commencing at a place within Kenya and terminating at a place outside without authorization from the State of destination or any other State over whose airspace the remote piloted aircraft system shall fly; or(b)commencing at a place outside Kenya and terminating at a place within Kenya or over-flying the Kenyan airspace without authorization from the Authority.
