33. Application for Remote Piloted Aircraft Operator's Certificate (ROC)
(1)An operator applying to the Authority for a Remote Piloted Aircraft Operator's Certificate (ROC) shall submit an application in a form and manner prescribed by the Authority and containing any other information the Authority may require.(2)An applicant shall make the application for an initial issue or re-issue of an ROC at least sixty days before the date of the intended operation.
