38. Personnel required for RPAS commercial operations
(1)Remote piloted aircraft system operator shall have an accountable manager acceptable to the Authority, with corporate authority for ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support Piloted Aircraft Operator Certificate holder operations.(2)The accountable manager shall have sufficient qualified and competent personnel for the planned tasks and activities to be performed in accordance with the applicable requirements.(3)A remote piloted aircraft system operator shall establish initial and recurrent training to ensure continuing competence of its personnel.
