48. Security obligations for remote piloted aircraft system operators
An operator of remote piloted aircraft system shall—(a)be responsible for the security of such system operations including associated facilities, personnel and equipment;(b)ensure that the Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) or any component thereof that is no longer in use is completely disabled or destroyed to prevent unauthorized use; and(c)comply with any security directives or circulars issued by the Authority.
