52. Establishment Multi-Agency Committee
(1)There is established a standing committee to be known as the Remote Piloted Aircraft System Regulations Multi-Agency Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") appointed by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to civil aviation in consultation with the relevant security Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) on remote piloted aircraft systems regulation.(2)The Committee shall consist of nine members and shall review remote piloted aircraft system policy, regulations and procedures on a regular basis as and when need arises.(3)There shall be a secretariat established under the Committee which shall be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative requirements for the regulation of remote piloted aircraft system regulations operations with the Authority.
