3. Applications with respect to remuneration [Order 52, rule 3]
(1)Any application under section 45 of the Act shall be intituled in the matter of the Act and shall be supported by affidavit.(2)An application under section 45(2) of the Act shall be served on the advocate.(3)An application under section 45(4) of the Act shall be served on the guardian, committee or trustee as the case may be.(4)An application under section 45(5) of the Act shall be served on the party and on the advocate or the advocate’s legal personal representatives as the case may be.(5)Any person served with an application under this rule may file an affidavit in reply but no further affidavit may be filed without leave.
