41. Restriction on production of society’s books
No officer of a co-operative society shall in any legal proceedings to the society or liquidator is not a party may be compelled to produce any of the society's books where the contents can be proved under section 40 or to appear as a witness to prove the matters transactions, and accounts therein recorded, unless the court, for special cause, otherwise orders.Source: Kenya Law
