86. Powers to establish benches of Tribunal
The Cabinet Secretary may establish one or more benches of the Tribunal in any part of Kenya as he deems appropriate and shall for that purpose provide for the constitution and jurisdiction of such benches, in consultation with the Chairman of the Tribunal.Source: Kenya Law
