105. Staff
(1)Any person who, at the commencement of this Act, is a member of staff of the Agriculture and Food Authority dealing with the coffee sector shall, on the appointed day, become a member of staff of the Board on the same or improved terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the Cabinet Secretary.(2)Any person who, at the commencement of this Act, is a member of staff of the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organisation working with the coffee research institute shall, on the appointed day, become a member of staff of the Institute on the same or improved terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the Cabinet Secretary.
