12. Committees of the board of directors Board
(1)The Board of Directors may establish such committees as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers under this Act.(2)The Board of directors may co-opt persons whose knowledge and skills are necessary for resolution of any pertinent matter under consideration by the committee or the Board for performance of its function and exercise of its powers under this Act.(3)Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Board shall not co-opt more than five (5) persons at any particular time.
