35. Duration of licence
(1)A licence, certificate or permit issued by the licensing authority shall expire on 30th June of every year and a license holder wishing to renew the licence may apply by 1st June preceding the expiry of the licence.(2)Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), a late application may be made upon payment of a late application fee as may be prescribed.
