55. Funds and assets of the Institute

55. Funds and assets of the Institute

The funds and assets of the Institute shall comprise of—

(a)such monies as may be appropriated by the National Assembly for the purposes of the Institute;

(b)such monies or assets as may accrue to or vest in the Institute in the course of the exercise of its powers or the performance of it functions under this Act including proceeds from patents;

(c)monies collected from the coffee levy;

(d)such monies as may be payable to the Institute pursuant to this Act or any other written law;

(e)such gifts as may be donated to the Institute; and

(f)monies from any other source granted, donated or lent to the Institute.
