94. Request for information
(1)The Chief Executive Officer of the Institute may, in writing, request any person to furnish the Institute with such information or to produce such documents or records as the Chief Executive Officer deems necessary and relevant for the performance of the functions of the Organization.(2)A person who—(a)refuses or fails, without reasonable cause, to comply with a request under subsection (1) to furnish any information or to produce any documents or records; or(b)in furnishing such information, makes a statement which they know to be false, commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand shillings or to imprisonment not exceeding three months, or to both.
