7. Misuse of arms

7. Misuse of arms
(1)Where arms have been registered under this Act, no person other than the grantee or his heirs shall display or otherwise use those arms except with the licence in writing of the grantee.(2)Any person who contravenes subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings.
