52. Offences
A person who—(a)without justification or lawful excuse, obstructs, hinders or threatens the Commission or a member of staff acting under this Act;(b)submits false or misleading information;(c)fails to honour summons; or(d)misrepresents to or knowingly misleads the Commission or a member of staff of the Commission acting under this Act,commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
