(1)In relation to a company other than a company limited by shares, a reference in this Division to shares is a reference to the interest of its members as such, whatever the form of that interest.(2)If a nominee is acting on behalf of a subsidiary, a reference in this Division to a subsidiary includes a reference to a nominee of the subsidiary.
