229. Disqualified person may apply to the Court for permission to act in way that would otherwise breach disqualification
(1)A person who is disqualified under this Part may apply to the Court for permission to act in a way that would otherwise be a breach of the disqualification.(2)The Attorney-General is entitled to appear or be represented at the hearing of an application made under subsection (1) and to give evidence or call witnesses at the hearing of such an application.
