594. Power of Authority to give rulings in takeover cases

(1)The Authority may give rulings on the interpretation, application or effect of the Takeover rules.

(2)To the extent and in the circumstances specified the Takeover Rule, and subject to any review or appeal, a ruling has a binding effect.
