866. Documents that may be prepared and lodged in other languages
(1)Documents to which this section applies may be drawn up and lodged with the Registrar in a language other than English, but only if they are accompanied by a certified translation in English.(2)This section applies to—(a)agreements required to be forwarded to the Registrar under Division 2 of Part III; and(b)documents of any other class prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
