93. Rules

(1)The Cabinet Secretary may, in consultation with the Authority, make rules generally for the better carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

(2)Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), rules made under this section shall prescribe for anything required to be prescribed under this Act.[Act No. 25 of 2015, Sch.]
