19. Notice to owner on designation.
(1)The Director shall, within seven days of designating a critical information infrastructure, notify the owner in writing as contemplated under section 9 (3) of the Act.(2)The notice to the owner under paragraph (1), shall specify reasons for the designation of the system as a critical information infrastructure.
