22. Gazettement of critical information infrastructure.
(1)Pursuant to section 10 of the Act-(a)the Committee shall, in consultation with the owner of a critical information infrastructure, and within seven days of identifying a critical information infrastructure submit its recommendations for gazettement to the National Security Council; or(b)the owner may apply to the Committee for gazettement of the critical infrastructure in accordance with the procedure outlined in these Regulations.(2)In identifying a critical information infrastructure, the Committee shall be guided by the criteria set out under section 9(2) of the Act.
