41. Storage and archiving of critical data of information.
(1)An owner of a critical information infrastructure may, where critical information infrastructure system or data is no longer immediately required for use, place the information in an archive for storage purposes.(2)Where critical information infrastructure system or data has been stored in an archive, the adequate security standards, policies, procedures and codes of practice that apply to critical information infrastructure under the Act and these Regulations, shall apply to archived critical information infrastructure system or data.
