43. Transfer of critical information infrastructure.
(1)An owner of a critical information infrastructure shall where he intends to transfer part or whole of the critical information infrastructure notify the Director in writing.(2)An owner of a critical information infrastructure who contravenes paragraph (1) commits an offence chargeable under section 20 of the Act.
