65. Incident reporting for critical information infrastructure.
In the event of a cybersecurity incident, the owner of a critical information infrastructure shall-(a)facilitate the investigations by law enforcement agencies;(b)report and mitigate impact of the incident in accordance with the cybersecurity standards formulated by the Committee; and(c)report all cybersecurity incidents to the relevant Sectoral Cybersecurity Operations Centre within twenty-four hours of becoming aware of an incident pursuant to section 40 of Act;
