73. Dispute resolution mechanisms.
(1)The Committee may on its own motion or by application of an owner of a critical information infrastructure, review any decision made under these Regulations on any of the following grounds—(a)a mistake or error apparent on the face of the record;(b)discovery of new and important matter of evidence; or(c)any other sufficient reason.(2)A person dissatisfied with the decision of the Committee or Cabinet Secretary may appeal to the High Court within thirty days from the date of the decision.
