33. Certain delegations by Public Service Commission
(1)Subject to subsection (2), the Public Service Commission may, by notice in the Gazette delegate to another person or body any of its powers and functions in relation to declarations of income, assets and liabilities and enforcement of the code of conduct and with respect to specified classes of public officers over which it is the responsible Commission.(2)The Public Service Commission may delegate powers and functions only with respect to public officers in a job group below job group “M” or its equivalent.
