(1)The list of the proposed constituency projects shall be submitted to the Board before the end of the month of February in each year or such other month as may be determined by the Cabinet Secretary in order to ensure timely inclusion of the projects in the annual Government budget of a particular financial year.(2)Where the chairman of the Constituency Development Fund Committee fails to submit the list of constituency based projects to the Board within the stipulated time in subsection (1), the list shall be deemed to have been submitted to the Board upon the lapse of the stipulated time.
