15. Protection from personal liability
Nothing done by the Controller of Budget or any person working under the instructions of the Controller of Budget shall, if done in good faith for the purposes of executing the powers, functions or duties of the Controller of Budget under the Constitution, this Act or any other law, render the Controller of Budget, officer or agent personally liable for any action, claim or demand.Source: Kenya Law
