27. Publication of registration
(1)The Registrar shall publish in the Gazette as soon as may be practicable after registration the name of every counsellor or psychologist registered under this Act.(2)It shall be the duty of every counsellor or psychologist to inform the Registrar immediately of any change in the registered address.(3)The publication of the list of registered counsellors and psychologists in the Gazette shall be prima facie evidence that the persons named therein are registered under this Act, and the absence of the name of any person from such list shall be prima facie evidence that the person is not so registered.
