32. False registration or licensing
(1)Any person who wilfully procures or attempts to procure registration or licensing under any of the provisions of this Act, by making or producing or causing to be made or produced any false or fraudulent representation or declaration either orally or in writing, commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or both.(2)lf a person convicted of an offence under this section is registered or licensed under this Act, the Registrar shall upon direction from the Board remove such person's name from the register and cancel the licence.
