39. Obstruction of officers of the Board
Any person who obstructs or hinders, or knowingly makes a false or misleading statement to any member; officer, servant or agent of the Board who is carrying out duties under this Act, commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or both.Source: Kenya Law
