41. Evidence of proceedings in the Board not to be given without leave
(1)A member or an officer of the Service or any person employed to take minutes or evidence before the Board or any committee shall not give evidence elsewhere in respect of the contents of those minutes or evidence or of the contents of any document laid before the Board or that committee or in respect of any proceedings or examination held before the Board or that committee without special leave first obtained from the chairperson.(2)The special leave referred to in subsection (1) may be given by the vice-chairperson in the absence or other incapacity of the chairperson.
