59A. Independence of the county public service board
In the performance of its functions under this Act, the county public service board shall—(a)be independent and shall not be subject to the direction or control of any other person or authority; and(b)adhere to the Constitution, this Act and any other relevant law.[Act No. 11 of 2020, s. 19.]
