15. Committees of the Board
(1)The Board may establish committees consisting of the Trustees for the better carrying out of its functions.(2)The Board may co-opt persons to committees established under subsection (1) for a particular reason and such persons shall hold office for such period as the Board may determine.(3)The persons co-opted into a committee under subsection (2) shall not be more than three.(4)Subject to any specific or general direction of the Board, a committee established under subsection (1) may regulate its own procedure.
