15. Notice of decision on application.
(1)A licensing authority shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision under section 14 within seven days of the decision.(2)Where an objection has been raised with respect to an application for a licence, the licensing authority shall inform, in writing, the person objecting to the issuance of a licence of its decision with respect to the objection.(3)If the decision of a relevant licensing authority is to refuse an application, the authority shall inform the applicant, in writing, of the reasons why the application was refused.
