10. President of the Court
(1)The President of the Court shall be elected in accordance with Article 164(2) of the Constitution.(2)In the absence of the President of the Court or in the event of a vacancy in the office of the President of the Court, the Chief Justice shall appoint one judge from among the presiding judges in Nairobi, to act as the President of the Court for a period not exceeding twenty-one days, with effect from the date of appointment.
