44. Administrative measures by the Cabinet Secretary
Subject to this Act, the Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Authority and the county governments, formulate and implement administrative measures to ensure smooth and orderly transition to the legal regime established by this Act.Source: Kenya Law
