IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Crops Act (Cap 318) the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives, declares the following crops as scheduled crops—
| Achiote (Mrangi) | Bixa Orellana; | |
| Stevia | Stevia Rebudiana; | |
| Oil Palm | Elaeis Guineensis; and | |
| Bambara | Nuts Vigna Subterranean. | |
