Declaration of a Body Corporate Qualified to Own a Kenya Ship

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3(2) (d) of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister for Power and Communications hereby declares that the Eastern Africa National Shipping Line Limited, being a company registered in Kenya under Part X of the Companies Act, is qualified to be the owner of the ship specified in the Schedule hereto which sh ip is hereby declared to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.
