14. Registration of existing schools to offer early childhood education
Where a person who or an entity which is registered to offer basic education under the Basic Education Act (Cap. 211) intends to offer early childhood education, such person or entity shall apply, subject to section 66, for registration to offer early childhood education in the prescribed manner.Source: Kenya Law
