26. Appeal from decision of the County Education Board
(1)A person who is aggrieved by the decision of the County Education Board under this Part may, within thirty days of being notified of the decision, appeal to the Education Appeals Tribunal established under section 93 of the Basic Education Act (Cap. 211).(2)The Appeal shall be in such form as the Cabinet Secretary may prescribe.(3)The appeal shall be determined in such manner as the Cabinet Secretary shall, under section 93(3) of the Basic Education Act (Cap. 211) prescribe.
