36. Teaching staff

(1)A person is qualified for employment as an early childhood education teacher if the person is registered as a teacher by the Teachers Service Commission.

(2)A person is qualified for employment as a head teacher in an education centre if the person—

(a)meets the requirements of subsection (1); and

(b)has at least two years' experience in matters of early childhood education.
