101. Examination of votes.
(1)The High Court on its own motion or on an application by a petitioner may, during the hearing of a referendum petition, order for a scrutiny of votes to be carried out in such manner as the High Court may determine.(2)The provisions of section 82 shall apply with respect to scrutiny of votes under this section.
